Where to find OBD interface?

hello all!

I am in progress of making my Carputer and I in need of a ODB interface to plug it on my 99 Ford Ranger. Where can I find it to buy or make it? Could be USB, Serial or Parallel.

PS: I look´d into EBay, and found only code readers.

Elmscan I believe is the name of the interface connector, it comes in usb and serial flavors.
