Problems with PROSCAN

I've received my PROSCAN ISO USB Scan tool in the mail yesterday, but have not been able to use it because they did not send it with a serial number. Has anyone in the past had this trouble?

I've emailed them three times regarding it, no help on that end. The product looks nice and the shipping was fast, but it's useless without the s/n...

can anyone help me out?

armen? I've tried their forum, and I've tried their email. Heck, i even did a reverse lookup on the address and tried calling the guy's house. No response whatsoever.

I sent you help, just PM back if you have any problems.
Its so stupid when a company does not care for its customers.
You should just do a chargeback and buy from someone else.
If the company finally gets around to contacting you after a chargeback, tell them if they want the usb scanner back they can come and get it themselves, do not waste your money shipping it back.
