    plz help me ! I went OBD cabel that conected to laptop for Mitsubishi Magna VR-X 2004

    I think the 04 would be OBD II compliant, do you have an OBD II connector under the dash?

    If you do any OBD II scantool like the obdpros or the elmscan would work
