    Diagnostic for 2001 renault Scenic diesel

    I can't find a tool to connect it .

    Diesel cars in Europe not required to support EOBD until...

    2003. Chances are the vehicle doesn't have an EOBD compatible connector present.

    IIRC, AutoXray sells Europe OBD compatible code readers/data viewers and if your vehicle supports EOBD AutoXRay might have something for it.
