If you been drawn in by the price incentives at the PROSCAN site, do yourself a favour and forget it. I ordered from them on 12/20/08, paid the premium 2-3 day shipping cost and after 17 days, no sign of a product. Not only have I not seen a product, there has been absolutly no response to any of my emails requesting an update or status on my order.
I got the feeling PROSCAN was a low rent website, but, I tried to give the guy the benefit of the doubt, instead of going with a bigger company. Don't make the same mistake that I made and others have made over the years, stay away from PROSCAN. To add insult to injury they even had the nerve sending an email right after the order confirmation email thanking me for the business - nice touch.
I will update again if I ever see a product or refund from this guy.

Update as of 1/8/09: Still no product or response to support ticket or emails. Website claims my order went to ship but that was 4 days ago and according to Proscan's status it should have shipped within 24 hours. I haven't seen a tracking# or status update since then.
I'm in the same situation. Ordered on 12/20/08 and paid for the 2-3 day shipping all with a credit card. Now its been about 20 days and of course i have no product and no response from Gore research after multiple emails and calls. Hopefully Gore will see this thread and be enlightened to the foreign concept of customer service, but i wouldn't hold my breath considering he hasn't posted on here in months.
Call your credit card company and tell them you want to do a charge back.
You'll either end up with a full refund or your merch will show up really quick-like.
Yeah i ended up filing a complaint with the FCC and magically the scan tool got here pretty quickly after that.
