    7F Negative acknowledge (NAK)
22 The command send to which this NAK applies
13 The reason why the command has been denied. Not defined in SAE or ISO so manufacturer specific.

I sent command 22 210. So 210 is CAN message id for Ford. What is it wrong? How should I send this message id?

If that is the case, you need to put the message ID first then 22 is your mode and you will need to supply a PID.

A mode $22 request requires two bytes. 22 210 would have to be either 22 0210 or 22 2100. I am not aware of any Ford PIDs with those IDs, though. If you want to monitor a CAN message with ID of 210 then you would have to do a MA after setting the CAN mask and filter. ATCM FFF and then ATCF 210 followed by ATMA. You will get DATA ERROR messages if the third byte is zero unless you turn off CAN formatting.
