I have a Citroen C4 2009 and I am trying to get some OBD information (basics work on CAN 11 bits, 500 kbps, EOBD data, like speed, rpm,...), but it seems that I am missing something (sensor data and any other stuff that I might monitor/control; it only reports PIDs 1 and 0x1c as available):
1. Does anyone know where to get information on C4-specific OBD PIDs?
2. The C4 OBD connector has 4 non-standard ODB pins (1, 3, 8, 12) besides the CAN (6, 14) pins and the K (7) pin; does anyone know what are they and where to get more information on them?
3. What is the K-line for, if it has also CAN?

The EOBD standard requires EOBD diagnostics to be on Can. The manufacturer protocol does not have to be on Can - no rules there.
Pins 3, 8 and 12 are used for other systems like airbag, abs, etc. I think pin 1 is a switched 12 volt feed.
Seems they have made the same mistake as 10 years ago. No data - although it is required by the EOBD rules.
I think there will be an update for the software - at least in Germany. You need more data to pass the AU-tests (exhaust gas test - like MOT).
