usually I have a good working tune established before I go on the dyno. and on the dyno i am logging and verifying and only making minimal adjustments to my tune. the black and red 2010 challenger i rebuilt the 6.1L hemi after pro ball player Jason Pierre Paul put an overdrive pulley on the Maggie and cracked 3 pistons. the yellow 2009 zhz corvette i installed procharger, intercooler, fuel injectors, fuel press., boost, and afr gauges. and the black 2006 Pontiac gto i installed procharger, intercooler, fuel injectors, walbro hi flow fuel pump, an overvolt kit for the fuel pump(18v), an overdrive pulley on the procharger, and all 3 vehicles i setup the tune for. all 3 cars were well over 500hp at the wheels and over 450tq at the wheels. with the gto scoring the highest at 550hp/460tq. the gto was the only standard shift, and also ran more boost than the other 2. i didn't just test, or tune these vehicles, i made them the powerhouses they are.

i am 4 years into building, boosting, and tuning on a regular basis at my day job. before that, i have a decade under my belt as a driveability and diagnostics tech. the stuff i setup doesn't come apart and is long wearing. i also put a crate chevy zz572 into plexico burres flat black 1971 caprice. it was something else to see 24" rims roasting tires. the longtube headers had 2" primaries, the holley carb was 1,000cfm and had 2 fuel pumps feeding two 1/2" fuel lines to the carb. that motor was good for 640hp with a carb and n/a.

and there was a 1969 Camaro i did. it was an ls2 swap. a complete powertrain, harness, ecu, and drive by wire gas pedal out of a 2005 Pontiac gto. it got a chromed out Maggie. and got 540hp at the wheels. no videos, but i will find and post some pics...

here is the procharged vette build. we offer this service at my job at a competitive price of 9500 installed and tuned. the procharger kit is 7500 by itself. and nobody has ever regretted the purchase, lol.

here is what i had to do to the hemi. this is a result of someone without any real knowledge in engine performance trying to get more power out of their hemi. overboosted, and was running lean under boost.
