Thread: Standard OBDII items?

The standard data items for OBD-II:
Throttle Position
Mass Air Flow
Manifold Pressure
RPM
Speed
Coolnat Temp
Intake Air Temp
Fuel Trim
O2 Sensor Voltage
I think that covers the basic items. In 2002 many more were added but I don't think many vehicles support them yet. Hope that helps.

I dont suppose someone can clarify which vehicles work exactly?

Ive read some confusing webpages saying GM/Ford/Chryslers wont work and various other things.

Im planning to use FreeDiag as software... Is it the connector that needs to be different for certain manufacturers?

All cars made in America (don't know about the UK) since 1996 have OBDII
