    Do you have to take your chip out to reprogramm it with the ODB I scan tool? My understanding is that you do, so how could it be able to tune in real time?

    OBD 1 Cables

    You may get by with even less than the $200 investment... goto www.aldlcable.com. I got my cable there for about $40 plus they have links to where you can download several free software packages
