diagnostics port y-adapter?

Does anyone know if there is (or if it's even possible) a diagnostics port y-adapter. so you can plug in two things to a single diagnostics/obd-II port?

I believe Networkcar.com (purchased by Reynolds and Reynolds a few years ago) had a plug that their onboard "telematics" unit plugged into the standard OBDII connector. Then, it also had a female end for a technician scan tool to plug into. But, I am sure you can't use both at the same time if that is what you are after.

thanks for the link, i'll check it out. i dont need to use it at the same time. basically i have a 'window valet' which allows me to roll up my windows through my key fob. It plugs into the diag. port and i'd like to eventually add obd-ii to my system (when centrafuse supports it) and not have to lose that gadget.
