Newbie here an lookin for some help...

I have a HP 620LX Handheld PC (SH3) running windows CE 2,
and i'm lookin for any software to link it to my car. ('93 VW Golf)
I'm not wanting super-duper features, just basic monitoring
and maybe even fault diag...
can any1 help????
