    dude! wtf..........im sure me & EVERYONE with a 00+ nissan wants to know this!!!!
    WHAT can we use for our newer (32bit) ODBII cars (00+).......

    I don't think anyone has cracked the Consult II protocol yet, I know Pete of PLMS is trying to and I bet Calum is too. You'll have to go with a OBD-II interface....

    I saw some unique sensor code readings on the application, but it really depends on what you are looking for in a piece of software. I would think you would be surprised to see what you could get out of a "generic" diagnostic application these days.

    The only difference is that this can reset the ECU and change a few settings, right? That alone would be worth it if I'm right and I had a car that would work with it...

    with consult 2 i think the readings are a bit quicker/more realtime than obd2, and can make permanent ignition timing +/- 2 degrees change, but i think ecu eventually learns around it
