Angry Is Digimoto.com a fraudulent site?

Has anyone placed any orders in recent weeks? I placed an ordered on 1/31/06 and paid $168.05 by credit card. I have not receied the product and my email messages to company sales and support departments have gone unanswered. Is this comapany for real? Should I start the process for reporting it to the authorities? Thanks. 2/11//06

All I can say is that at this point just post warnings about him and Digimoto and 110 Enterprises, Inc. on any Forum you can find.

Guys, my apologies for recent delays. As much as I hate replying to posts from "new" users, I will do so regardless. Is Digimoto.com a fraudulent site? No, it is not. Has everyone who has ever purchased a product from us received it? Yes. Have we been delayed in shipments in the past? Yes, we have and for this I apologize. We have worked out arrangements with our hardware vendor so this is no longer an issue. We have also been 100% committed to offering refunds on returns regardless of how long it has been. I have to also apologize for not frequenting these forums as much as I used to. Obviously lack of communication is one of my personal weaknesses and something that will be remedied ~ I get hundreds of e-mails and day and I like to think I do what I can. We have sold this product to thousands of people around the world and many of MP3Cars own members have purchased/recieved and are using our product.

There were a few big changes, events that occurred over the last couple months with our business, but things are settled. If you are still waiting on a shipment, please do contact me directly (joel@digimoto.com) so I can follow up and make sure you have been taken care of. I will say up front I will probably not be frequenting these forums regularly, if you would like to communicate with me, please do stop by my forums or contact me directly through e-mail.

I recieved my product months ago. However first when I used it, it did not work. I dont know why. I havent had a change to use it since ive been redoing my PC forever. I hope it will work this time around. I know others had probs and they were replaced. I wouldnt worry about getting yours.

We did replace some of our hardware a few months ago ~ and in fact we no longer even sell the ELM based tools. We still support the ELM chip as we move forward in the future however. Most of the time technical problems are extremely simple to work through ~ making sure you are using the correct COM port or simply selecting the correct interface in the options menu. Most of these things are posted in stickies on our forum, but we do not currently offer a manual with our system so I have noticed something small can become frustrating quickly and cause customers to push aside the product quickly for little reason.

Product will ship within 1-2 days now, we offer a 30 day money back guarantee for the products and we do support your vehicle. We have an expanded business at this point, more developers, more people to handle support/shipping etc., we are no longer the mom and pop shop we used to be.
