Simulated Gauges.
Has anyone done a comparison (shootout) between the different packages that offer simulated gages in their software? I've looked at PCMSCAN and it looks pretty customizable; but I would certainly like to see screenshots of any others that are out there. I can't be the only guy who wants to replace his dashboard. I especially need exhaust gas temps. (I have a diesel truck & I do a lot of towing.)
Thanks,
Tom

I have the set of Nexus gauges in my ProStreet '03 Mercury Marauder and nowhere do they connect to the OBDII port...Originally Posted by TunerTools
But I'm new to CarPC's and am building my system now. Having radically modified my Marauder with a built forged Cobra motor and a GMC 6-71 blower, I would really like to simulate all the important gauges like long and short term fuel trims, fuel pressure, boost and wideband O2. All the better if it could include a way to monitor my Nexus gauges too.
I am prototyping RR on my laptop until the PC is built, so what OBDII package (hardware/software) will get me close to my goals?
Thanks
John
