Thread: Retaining the driver info center

I drive an 06 Chevy Malibu with the GM Lan Driver Info Center. Is this on the same system or different systems? The reason is that I want to retain my driver info center. But I want to put a screen in place of my head unit and I will need another way to control/view the info such as mileage, trip computer, oil life, avg mph and it also allows me to change how my alarm unlocks my doors and such. The scosche and metra dashkits that retain it only allow me a single din stereo and I cant use a foldout screen because it will block my ac vents. Thanks
