Regardless of the issues various people have had with ProScan (myself included), your comment is inappropriate and not the solution to the problem.

Is also a violation of copyright law, and might actually violate the forum rules regarding pirated software.

    I purchased from gore research.
    I bought a OBD-II scanner for my Kia's
It took a number of emails to finally get it shipped.
When I received it and tried it, it didn't work!
I tried countless emails, asking for a phine number to speak to someone.
No phone number has ever been given to this date.
After many emails with little to no response. I finally got a response and gave all the info I had and waited for help.
    Still no help.
I finally figured out what had happened, they shipped me the wrong interface.
They sent a PWM version not an ISO version.
I emailed this info and waited for a resonse.
    No response to date.
I asked for the correct interface and cable.
    So far nothing.
My only choice now is to find a buyer or build my own interface.
Otherwise I've thrown $100 in the garbage.

So, do yourself a favor and DO NOT deal with these people.

I got my scantool in the mail today. Mr. Gore took the time to reply on my PM I've sent him here. I also got an invoice in my mailbox with a serial number.

Ok, It took some time, but everything has come to a good end.
I'm happy and I hope for you guys all goes well too.

    Steve,
Send me a PM with more information regarding your order. I'll gladly make sure that you either get a full refund or the ISO interface that you need. I'll also take care of any return shipping costs, etc. And if you ordered before our prices dropped, I'll refund that difference as well.

I'm honestly amazed that people are still having problems contacting us. We have dedicated customer service staff who are suppose to be answering email within 24 hours. I have checked our eSupport system and tickets are being answered by our staff in a very timely fashion. I just don't know if some tickets are being lost by eSupport or perhaps deleted by our staff. I do not know, but I am making every effort to remedy this. As proof of my efforts, there is now a link on our website that allows customers to monitor the status of their order in real-time. I just implemented this because 75% of our email is shipping related. I hope that this will both increase customer satisfaction and reduce the workload on our support staff.

Thanks to drop-shipments, all of our orders are still shipping same-day or next business day. So you should have no problems receiving your merchandise promptly.

Steve, just let me know the details regarding your order, and I will make sure that everything works out to your complete satisfaction.

    Thank you,
    David Gore

    It works GREAT !

I had a few issues with a USB to serial converter, but now everything is ok.
I used it at work on a VW Touareg to reset the CEL and that worked too
