Hey i'm not quite sure if this is the place to post this but I have an 85 Monte Carlo and I do know enough about cars to know that this wont be easy but I want to know if any one has any idea how to get some/any info from my car to my computer.
One other thing I almost forgot I have had time to poke around and I do know that all my gages are electrical and my engine although fully carburated seems somewhat computer "fine tuned"/controlled.
Thanks for any help

Thank you a ton, it looks like it will work... I havent really looked around that much on the site, do you know what data I can get? i.e. Speed, tech, o2, etc.
Thanks

I built this and I went to try it out but the diagram(s) from various sites for obd-i but they are all different from my connector, am I missing something? Or should I just try hunting for wires directly off the diagnostics computer its self?

I think some read off D pin and some off E.
i did it on my 84 regal.

i would just just make sure your cable is right and try again. should work no prob.
