Special OBD communication

Well is there any special OBD communication which will allow me to control the car? like for example communicate with the NAV in a porsche cayenne?

and for getting the DTC codes using the hyperterminal for instance I shall write something special like 03 something to retrieve special codes

Why I am asking is cause there are some tools to be connected to the OBD and then to activate the TV while in motion

You are going to be looking at specialist tools for this level of functionality I'm afraid Banshee.

DTC retrieval via the hyperterminal is perfectly possible.

u mean to get the general codes or the special enhanced codes?

and by any chance can I get any system architect or block diagram? I mean like:
