Extreme Cold

but in another thread (http://www.mp3car.com/vbulletin/gene...weather-2.html) where people mentioned OCZ Vertex drives having issues with fairly normal temperatures.... that's way I am looking for suggestion before I waste a half an grand for it.

also I see they have a pro seria for vertex 2... any advanage for that ones? it more them 2x price from non-pro.

Also reading those reviews for Vertex 2 drives make me a little nervious... I can not keep removing my computer from the car once a month for getting that drive replaced.

It is 35% below of the 5 star reviews, and 21% for 1 and 2 stars.

Sorry but what Calgary do you live in that hits -50? Maybe Edmonton. But it is very very very rare atleast in the Calgary Alberta I live in for it to hit even -30 (not including windchill)....

The lowest recorded temperature for Calgary without windchill was -36 celsius. I meant with windchill and I'm aware that doesn't have any affect on non-exothermic objects.
