I haven't tested it but looking at the code if you switch wireless on at the client side then it should still identify removable media and sync using that also. Problem is though that the two syncs might interfere with each other.
I was wondering if it's possible to sync both the car pc on wireless as well as a usb hard drive?
I would like the car pc to sync wirelessly when it's close to the house but sometimes it takes ages for the video files. I would also like to be able to use the usb disk without changing configurations.
from the manual.EZSync provides a synchronisation option using removable media. This is intended for users that do not have wireless networks. It should work with any form of removable media that connects via USB or with other volumes such as CD's.
cheers
