Best adhesive and filler for my application

I have a 2002 explorer and a 8" Lilliput that i need to mold into the dash. The plastic piece i need to mold it into is "PC ABS". What would be the best adhesive and filler i could buy for this type of plastic. I want to make sure its strong for a long time.

"best" is a relative term, honestly.

a good method though, I can present that to you. check out this post for more info.

There are a few things mentioned in that thread that you can buy that are one stop solutions, but the solvent thing works wonders. I previously used the Dynatron method and it turned out ok, but I'm currently doing an install with the ABS shaving/acetone method and its working very well. It all depends on how much effort you're willing to put into it. Also, it will help to do some additional research before you go out buying everything.

    Good luck!
