Custom Fiberglass Box Clone

This is what i want to do

This is my Project.

and these are the specs of my speaker

I would like to build a list of things i will need to build 1 box, If i like how it sounds i will build a second unit, this will be my first time fiberglassing and its not rocket science but i think i can do it. any help will be apreciated.

Fiberglassing Tips?

There are so many threads that show how it's done.

You will need all the materials in those threads.

ill give you some help on what you need. i did a sub box for my car but it had an amp and computer rack. i used

8.5 sq meters of 450gm choped mat about 9 sq yards.
20 kg or poly resin the 20 ltr drums.
500gm or the cat
paint drop mat
heap of 70c paint brushes
gloves
fleece
tape

all this is on websites and they tell you how much you will need.

i bought a heap of stuff so then the left overs can be used for pc case top and other things.

for chopped strand mat, it all depends on the complexity of your shape, the thicker (read heavier) the mat, the harder it is to contour, but you will need less layers to get to the thickness you desire, whereas the thinner (lighter) mat will contour well, but you'll need more to get the thickness.
