Software to design box?

I see many people using software to design 3D case and layout boards in it, etc.

I want to use it for my 2DIN project too, will be easier to visually "build" system.

Is there any easy to use free software for that? And where do I get 3D model of motherboard, etc?

AutoCAD or Solidworks is the way to go.

I love CAD. I have used 2000LT through 2007 Full. Awesome... And in 2007, the 3D is good, so you dont really need solidworks for scetchups. If this is a true engineer diagram then Solidworks.
