Hello Micheal. You need to buy an "automotive body filler" if you want to build a structural shroud you need to get fiberglass supplies, maybe a kit at a department store will do for this.

i look in your picture and.. you do some great job !!!!...
but i don't understand.. you used some kind foil? this the foil i can find in kitchen?
can you link me shop where i can buy ..?
Hello. There's some similar solution on ebay, look at this auction:
http://cgi.ebay.it/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?...MESE:IT&ih=003
On the left of the description there's an orange -Central dome for 7" monitor (simply replaces the original time/date display dome)"-.
Having the same car as you I can say that I tried both dome and center console solutions and personally prefer the second one because the lcd under the dome is difficult to reach when driving.
I have the monitor in place of the original DIN and part of the air vents (modified center console) and I'm very happy of this disposition! Behind the lcd I also have MB, hdd and usb radio receiver; the gps receiver is inside the external left mirror and dvd player burner on top of the board computer display (modified dome).
i like ... but it's cost ERU 269.00 alot of mony!?@
is there any cheaper choice?
and i don't want the orange color can i change it?

RT3color screen housing fused in a 206

Basically what you need is the housing of a 307color rt3 housing, and the white part inside it that holds the screen in place : a liliput fits almost fine. then you fuse it in your 206. Rudels idea is nice, but not designed for fan to cool your screen.
Or you buy an indash screen
Now Galileo is real. Muhahahahaha :p
Thats not the only place you can put your screen mind. A good friend of mine has had his molded in lower down.

how he do it?
which materials did he used?
how...?
fiberglass mate! look at PC Positioning!
hey L1nk, I'm really interested in how you set up your screen... the way you described it is just how I'm planning on doing, but haven't seen pictures yet.. I don't want to totally lose my air vents and still be able to fit the 7" screen between the modified air vents and AC controls....
please post some pictures of your setup if you can!!
thanks!!
