E39 Bezel from the A to the Z

Some plaster, some earth, some mastic, a lot of work and time in a lame attempt to build my bezel.

    in black to check errors

Looks too heavy so rounded angles, thinned lines...

Now where is my bimmer ?

    Thank you !

What you see is only the plug i'm building, i plan to make a mould of it and make it off fiberglass, mastic won't survive to temperature, moisture and vibrations. The piece of fiberglass and gel coat should look better and glossy.

I will see tomorrow under daylight where are still some tiny bad spots, it's too late for now.

Third and last version of the faceplate letting the dvd player appear in front.
The primer is too wet but i'll do one more pic with the dvd player inside.

Had to rework the faceplate including the dvd player because my car was not available for weeks due to an engine swap but it fits very well, no more space available but it entered anyway
    Now it's finition time
