I want the XTR!
LOL, thanks! It's a pretty good place to start. So once you lay everything out in CAD and see if it'll work you'll start from a complete unit and modify it or you'll form a piece from scratch? Also, why did you choose that particular unit? Just curious! Anyway, killer work! I especially like the EV portion. I just bought a 2000 BMW Z3 with the plans to convert it: lithium and 3-phase AC hopefully![]()
I have received quite a few private messages on updating status of this project. Please check out www.bxrmotors.com and watch the videos etc. Thanks for all the inquiries and support guys!!
Maheriano, I guess I didn't do a very good job explaining myself (my apologies). However, I am not sure what your question is. I have already stated that this car is our own design. We manufactured the car as well as the chassis from scratch; therefore there is no chassis code. Hope that helps clarify. Thanks!

interesting you say that, because you would never see this on that channel these days. the science channel maybe, but this project is way too good for that fear mongering channel.
looks amazing, to have the skills and equipment to do all that must be a lot of fun. your only limitation is your mind.
Very nice work. I will be tagging this to watch for the progress.
I do agree that the hood looks a bit aggressive for the body style but regardless it's still nice. Sort of looks like a lotus to me.
Btw you can get on the discovery channel with this. I remember in my Volkswagen comunity some high school kids built a kit car. Basically a hand made tube frame with a kitted body powered by a TDI (turbo diesel) engine on coilovers. They featured it because it ran on bio-diesel and the thing was light as sheet.
Granted they didn't really fab the entire car but build it out of spare parts it was still very interesting to see in person.
