Questions on filling gaps on armrest controls.

I started to add my PC selection and Power button to each arm rest. The first one was of course messy because it was the so called prototype. I made the top holes alittle to big and made a hole I didnt need. What can I use to make the holes smaller? Also what should I use to close the holes up that I dont need?

LMAO..... Ive already drilled into the originals. Rdholtz suggested I go to a Auto Paint Supply store and pick up plastic filler. I think what I will do is get a metal rod thats the same thickness and then put grease on it then fill in around it. That way the plastic filler won't stick to the rod. I hope it will work!

Could you put like some black grommet type thing in the hole to just fill the space? Or maybe a washer under it and paint it black? Might not look great, but could make it look better.

With that type of texture it might be hard to cover up that hole.. Maybe get bigger buttons for the 2 that you use and find an excuse to have a 3rd button to control something?

My dash was done by Nexson and he could not match the texture so he left parts smooth. You actually cant tell unless your really trying to find it.
