You an get 3m's red spot putty, should take care of that with a few passes
Heres a couple of pictures of the carputer in its current status:
Any suggestions for a good spot filler for those little holes that I have left to finish...?

I would use "Icing", but I can't for the life of me remember who makes it. It comes in white squeeze tube with a blue hardener.
evercoat makes a few great glazing putties... my recommendation, if you can find it, look at your local autobody supply for Dolphin Glaze. doesnt sand quite as easily as some other glazes but typically sandability equals shrinkage over time. Spot putty is probably the WORST thing you could use as it is water based and shrinks very quickly.
