It actually does look good. You ended up having more then enough room.
Also, the rods that go into the headrest.... If they arent hallow then you will have to run them along side the rod. Best thing to do is keep the headrests all the way down, that way you dont see the wires. Your hearests are tall so I doubt you will have to raise them ever.
