After some more sanding and priming(re-covered the power button and LED before priming again), here are the results. These are pics of the final fitting before the real paint job and installation. The lower right corner of the head unit opening is all that's left to touch up. Wish my cell phone camera took better pics so you could see how smooth the finish is. I also tried to get good angles so you can see exactly how my monitors is tilted. I was afraid that the angle might be a little steep, but as it turns out, my view is perfect(I powered it up and put in a movie in my DVD player to check this, since I'm waiting on my VGA and USB extension cables). Will take a pic of it on tonight and post it to show you how it looks(can't take a day pic cause my camera takes terrible pics...as you can see!). Not bad I'd say for my first fabrication ever!!!

    Thumbs up

    UPDATE:

My factory head unit died, so I had to get a new one(which gave me a reason to re-fab my bezel and get the screen angled the way I wanted it from the beginning). Looks much more OEM now!!!

Here are some pics(the radio isn,t pushed in yet, still got finishing up to do)....

Here are some more pics of my carpc installation. I fabricated the whole setup to the bezel(with the exception of my M4 and the USB CD drive which I have mounted in the glove compartment). Just a slight tilt( for the VGA cable connector) to clear the hole, and it slides right into the dash.....
