    Does look good!

Have you posted on hidplanet.com? http://www.hidplanet.com/forums/index.php

The whole site is devoted to headlight retrofitting, and you should post some more detailed install pics over there.

I am getting ready for my third retrofit as well

God f#*king D@mn, now that Infiniti looks evil..... WOW. So what did he do, add two different color options? Red and White?

In the past, I have noticed that Police only b!+ch if the lights are flashing, simulating a Police car. The red you guys are using isnt even close to or as bright as what Police use.

the cops in my area don't take to kindly to lighting mods--i had some blue led lisence plate bolts on my old car--and got ticketed in 2 days for those, so it aint worth the chance for me.

it is actually 2 different effects-- the red is behind the projector lens, so the lens ditributes the light, and the white led strip wraps around the outside of the lens, and reflects off the lens for the second effect (on mine, i used red led's for both effects because i already have a white halo, otherwise, i would have done it very similar.)

Oh yes... I first wanted to put HID kits in my reflector housing civic, then it morphed into a full blown retrofit with RX350-AFS projectors, Acura TL Clear Lenses, custom cereal box spacers, custom cutoff shields out of tin, and it goes on and on... Now I am working on a quad setup with 110W lowbeam output each side, so 220W of optic power all with a perfect cutoff and done correctly.

just a quick update(also added it to the first post)-- after researching some other projects, i have located a bunch of sources for the high flux led's i used here: just search google using terms like lenseless, flat lens, or flat top high flux led. it will return with a binch of lists of suppliers that might be closer and cheaper than "da shack"...

nice work man. i have a question though... i am planing to do something like that, and my research has shown, that the leds will burn out if they work in the heat of the projector, so you have to turn them off when the HIDS are working... how is yours done??
