Well, being in New York, I won't be of much service, but Nexson is in Florida isn't he. Look him up, his stuff is sick.
DjVillar.... I think I am getting what you are talking about. I was looking at the area that the dash sits on. It is rather flat cross the top with a slight curve on the driver side. If I build up a new custom dash, the screens will actually sit deeper and better on the top of the dash. I can then make the new dash line up much better and make it look closer to an OEM like look. I mean any obstruction concerns basically go out the window. With that being said, I do not think this is something I can do on my own. I may have to take it to a professional. Also because I am starting fresh, it means the rear view screen can sit better with no obstructions to it.
Now I guess the hunt is for someone that can either do my dash or help me with it.

You know, Ive always wanted to visit New York, lol. Nexson is actually the one that did my dash. I recall asking him to do some big jobs in the past and he wasnt interested. I think he wants to stick to bezels, etc, stuff thats fast and easy to complete. I guess I will try emailing him again because it was about a year ago when I asked him. Maybe things have changed.

See thing is, I havent figured out what is big or a small job for you. I have two rear panels that need some holes filled in and speaker covers integrated into them. To me it looks simple. Much less work then the bezel was. The I have my C-pillars that need to be glassed for the new screen holders. That one looks like its will be medium hardness. Then I have my door switches, those covers need to repaired and painted, that small. Then a b-pillar needs repairing.... thats a small job. Then of course the dash top, that one Im going to try to tackle myself. Unless maybe I do all the hard stuff and you clean it up?

One thing that has been bugging me is that my panels have got a lot of damage. I do not want to replace them, but painting them was a hassle because the paint would flake and fall off. So of course I Googled it and found this video.
So now I know how to renew all my panels. Ive decided to start on the rear panels, but need some help. I installed the third row speakers but I have gaps in between the speaker grills and panel. How should I fill it? Pictures below:
My guess is to lightly sand out all the scratches. What I am not sure, is what do I do to fill in the gaps? I was thinking of maybe using sealant, so it can flex with the panel. Also so if I decide to change speakers, its easy to do. What is you take on this?
Here is another question. How would I fill this large hole and the little holes you see in the picture below? The large hole use to be a cup holder, but I do not need them since the center console has cup holders. I then want to paint the color of the panel. What do you guys recommend?

I would make a ring that not only would cover the edge of the vinyl, it would serve to hold it down.
for the holes, I would either go with fiberglass or weld a plastic patch onto the area. I've seen Harbor freight selling plastic repair kits for around $20 bucks.
Im now in Florida, and set up shop, finally. Let me know if you make it to the naples area.

Oh the speakers arent going anywhere, lol. THey are in there very tight. In fact I wish these speakers were easier then the door speakers. It took me about 40 minutes to do both. For the door it took me 2 hours to do two speakers. I forgot that they needed to be extended, so when I let me windows down, they couldnt go all the way. So I had to make spacers, then a bracket. Two more doors to go :-(. I also misplaced the original door screws for the speakers, so now I have to get replacements.
EDIT: Found the screws.... YEA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
