So this is my first go at fabrication so take it easy on me. My goal is to have a monitor and single din radio in the dash bezel. Here are pics on the work progression and one of the stock look.
So I need to start from scratch because: 1. It broke under the radio 2. the angle is so bad I cant see anything on the screen. Here is revision 2
So on this one I plastic welded the back of the plastics then put JB weld. On the front I am using bumper repair epoxy. Im still sanding and fine tuning before I cote it with Plasti-dip.

ok so I finished what I could. I am not 100% happy but I will have to live with it for now... The viewing angle is much better, and it has the factory look I'm going for. I am disappointed with the fitment around the edges. I don't know if the metra kit I used to start with had bad lines or if cutting up the bezel changed the edge lines and made it not fit perfect. I might do it again but start with a factory bezel instead of the metra.
Looks pretty good! You did a good job on the finishing from the pics. I am sure the next one will be perfect, if you decide to replace it. SNO
