    Help with Fiberglassing tips?

    Please see pictures. Anyone have any suggestions on filling those gaps and making it look factory? Thanks again. (I did buy the fiberglass kit with some extra cloth. Mostly looking for tips on fillings those gaps)

    search the "show off your project" forum. You will see how people fill in thier gaps. Also, search here for "bondo". Its a paste like substance that hardens after 5-20 minutes and you can sand it/paint it.

    yeah , you dont need fiberglass .... if its a small hole or gap ... just secure it from the back side ... fill it in with bondo (also called body filler) and sand it down smooth .... at the end with a very high grit paper ... so it comes out smooth ,,, then paint it ...

    you might want to cut that thing peice (if you want to take the risk) ... so the liliput will fit flush?
