I have an F body too.... (3rd gen for life!) My carputer is mounted in the pit of the trunk... with a false floor over and under it... Like this

This is a cross section... if you're looking at the tail lights and chop them off... know what I mean?
Sorry forr 1337 H4x05 ascii code... Pics soon... anyways... my point was that the VGA cables have no problem running from the trunk of an F body :)

That is a good solution if you don't have, or don't use the T-tops. Personally, I'd try to fit it somewhere else. Maybe the storage on the driver's side? Mine is filled up with speaker box. :rolleyes: BTW (showing my age here) what does H4x05 and 1337 mean?
