1. OK, i just got the mold of my trunk done, and it seems as if i missed a few spots, so im wondering if i should sand it down before attempting to patch those. I used a mixture of fiberglass cloth on the tight corners, and matting on the straight aways. When i finish it will be all matt, the mat is just too hard to work with in that closed area.
2. Which direction should i position my subs? If i place them facing the trunk, they hit reallllly hard, but ratttle wayyyyy too much stuff in my car. (2 of my o **** handles have come off, and my visor clip on the passenger side) Not to mention if i touch my windshield, it feels like its going to crack it vibrates so hard.
If i place them tward the front they hit nice and clean, but i dont get the boomy bass any more. And i havent tried any other speaker positions....anyone have any suggestions
