well lets see, IF i somehow manage to spill some liquid down the fan holes I guess I'll be SOL but if I fry my board oh well, it was a freebie anyway.Originally Posted by nzKAOSnz
The plywood does attach to the base but when i got the new powersupply it sat higher then i had planned so I had to use little 3/4" mdf squares as risers underneath now theres a good 1/2" gap between the plywood and the base, I also plan on running air ducts from the bottom of the fans into the base for better cooling. Cooling shouldnt be a problem, i have a cpu fan, 2 case fans, a power supply fan and the inverter fan all moving air in 5 different directions. The diamond plate will cover everything on the rack except the holes for the case fans and the plexi window over the amp.

nice i am still waitin to see it done just havent been around much cuz of da damn huricanes
Thats the problem I'm having with finishing it. its about 80% complete, its up and running in the car but I still need to mount the Lilli in the dash after a few dash mods, glass the subs in the sides of the cargo area, router the frame to mount the plexi window over the amp and a bunch of detail work. But as ya know, every week its another storm or something comes up on my days off. right now i'm in the process of finding a new apartment so thats been taking priority oer this project. i'll get some new updated pics up when i get the chance
