Hey guys I just came across your thread while searching for anyone putting carputers in their volvos. I just purchased a 02 s80 and have dreams of putting a mac mini in it. this thread and the photos of your car JC-S60 have given me great hope. COngrats on your design it looks great and as s80 said the s60 does look a lot more sportier and from the different tuning websites i have been to (volvospeed and ipd) I have noticed there are a lot more options when it comes to tuning. Anyway, again, great job it looks awesome.

S80, are you going to use a pop up monitor for your display? if so which one? I was hoping to do mine like JC-S60's but maybe you know something about it not working on an s80... I am really excited to know there are other volvo people here.

Wow, this is an old thread. Anyway, you can try the Metra website and see if they make one for your car. The site's being really slow for me, but maybe it's just my work's connection.

Looks like it came up as I was typing, so here you are.

Metra Electronics Corp. p/n 99-9223 for Volvo S60/V70 01-04

It doesn't look like it's double DIN so you may have to do to fabbing. Most likely you'd be cutting anyway if you plan on mounting a touchscreen in there.
