I'm using Seattle Silver for my P5 bezel. I think I might have finally gotten all of the Bondo smooth enough around the Xenarc frame to paint tonight. I hope mine looks as good as yours does.

    Is your screen removable?

Which amp are you going to be using? And which speakers? I want to keep my stock ones, as long as there is no danger of them dying.

yea the screen pops out if i push on the top from the inside... with enough force so i dont have to worry about it popping out on the freeway... unless i get in a head on collision.. but then i have more things to worry about... post pictures when you are done.. this stuff is alot of fun..

the amp im going to use is this 4 chan Kenwood, at 60 watts a channel.. it will prolly blow the factory speakers within a few months so i plan on getting them replaced when that happens... there is a 30 watt model that may not blow the speakers on cruchfields site... i just want the bigger one because i still plan on replacing all my speakers eventually

Yeah, I've been talking to another Protege owner who hasn't started yet, so I've been taking pics of the process. And I'll post them all as soon as I'm done. I've got all of my parts together now, minus the amp and radio card. I just need to figure how to stuff them all behind the screen. Only thing external is the USB hub for everything. Already tested the GPS mouse, I love Routis 2004.

I might look into the smaller amp, simply because I'm not a big audio person. I just want to be able to listen to the radio when traffic is bad or at the drive-in. It is tough balancing performance mods w/ an ideal carputer envirnment though. Carputers don't like vibration.

BTW, which kit is that? I don't recognize it.

OK, I just ordered this amp, if I'm lucky, I might have it tomorrow.

Hmm....looks cleaner than the WW kit I've seen on a local black ES I know. Of course, he's just ricey. Wing looks different too.
