Here are some really good pics of my process making an 14 " LCD housing from glass, this was my first time using it also, the results were very pleasing.

Id hate to be the guy in the passenger seat if you ever rear ended someone. :-p

Btw heres how my dash came out. I did some glassing first then some bondo, sanded down and painted.

Thats the best dash swap I've ever seen...whats that from? Looks like the space shuttle's dash from USS Voyager..Maybe it was Enterprise, I get those shuttles mixed up. Anyways, looks nice.

Forgive me,

but that tlooks like you have a CRT monitor in there, not an LCD
