    mmmm burning plastic. ROFL. Ah luv mah Dremel...

    The little melted stuff just breaks off and you sand it a little. No problem.

    Ok, if I use a dremel will I turn out to be as weird as you guys ?? It sounds like you have inhaled way too much of that burning plastic...

    Again thanks for the great suggestions and I'm going to try and post pics of my dash as I build it.
