vinyl paint/dye and bondo

Will vinyl paint/dye work on bondo....I want to paint my dash bezel which is plastic woodgrain, but after I start cutting it all and bondoing it....I want the paint to be durable....

I've used the vinyl paint on pc parts and it works great. Will it work on the bezel if it is really smooth woodgrain plastic and bondo???

prime it first. and it will be fine

Can anyone attest to the durability of Vinyl? We're making a dash for a vehicle and the dash will be exposed to direct sunlight, high temps, and possibly scratching. Is vinyl the best to use for this?
