    You think thats murdering your bezel :-) you should see mine, it will never be the same again, i can only encourage you to use some kinda plastic filler for those small gaps and maybe some glue to keep the casing in place while you work with it.

    This is how mine turned out with something called plastic padding pp 100 (they don't carry bondo where i live)

    I've moulded my screen almost completely flush with the front of the bezel (will get some piccies when I get home)

    To be honest...i wish i'd kept it sunken slightly, and angled the edges like CustomZ02 has!

    Oh well...I'm thinking of taking it all off and doing it again anyway...so maybe this time!
