    PC Mod In Amp Case

    Just thought some of you might find this interesting. It's a cool idea if you have an old large amp lying around or can get a case free like this guy. (swapmeets maybe) It would make for an easy mount in some vehicles.

    look like a standard psu. I don't think this is modified to go in the car, it is just the case that he used.

    Someone else did that too. Looked much more stealth (no fans sticking out the top of it).

    You should be able to do something similar with most Alpine, RockfordFosgate, etc. All have a standard height/width anymore.

    That's a MA Amp 4400W 2 Channel High Current Amplifier, Dimensions (H x W x L): 2.7”x 12.4”x 27.3”

    With a Mini-ITX board, you could go fanless (atleast with less fans), in a smaller amp case.
