I was reading through here
and saw they used heavy foam stuff... My question is, where do I find foam that consistent and durable? I'd like to use it to create a mock up of what I'll be doing, or even use it to form the fiberglass. I've never done this before, so be gentle![]()

go to fiberglass, then fiberglass accesories.. towards the bottom of the page they have Wonder Foam..
In homedepot, I bought 2 types of foam, 1 is a softer type, called ("great stuff") or something like that. Then there was this one called "HILT", That thing is so strong when it dries, it can hang a brick off a wall.
KMorphosis, what 's Wonder Foam?
Its the name of the product. I haven't used it myself, but I think it is about 10 lbs Poly Foam. It can be used to make forms for Fiberglassing over.
If you are looking for foam that you can sand and then paint by itself and use for interior body panels or for custom door panels I would go with the first link. There you can get your estimate on how much it will cost to do your project.
Small quantities of urethane foam are available here. You will need urethane foam if you plan to fiberglass over it, and its very expensive. The nice part is that once it's glassed over you can scrape and sand the foam from the backside and end up with a very nice part. Polyester resin will melt any other foam, so the cheap stuff you find at the home stores will not work for this purpose.

How in the world would you put the special AirPort card in a PC? Mine is a Mac anyway but it's too old to AirPort. I just use a zip drive to transfer.
