Thread: Mold making

Just a quick question about some of the options on mold making..this is by far my first fg project but I am stumped on it anyway....I have a decent sized part I am trying to recreate( a panel on the inside of the car) I am looking for some type of foam that is either an expanding spray or expanding liquid so it gets all of the necessary curves etc. but the foam has to be strong enough to fg over ??

p.s. I did search before this post and found nothing I am looking for, and I already have used wonder foam before but I really dont want to have to carve this piece out since I already have on made and it would be so much easier to use something else
