removable adhesive

I'm glueing in my front panel, i need something very strong, but easy removable...

like a
60% strong/40% removable
type thing.

that is actually what I used to mount my screen in my car. yeah i know it sounds ghetto but that stuff sure is strong(it's actually a combination of things holding it in). It's their 5lb double sided tape. A lot of people use it to mount address numbers on the side of their house. It's also used to mount some times of cheap dash panel covers...(fake wood, carbon fiber, etc)

im mounting A piece of cheap ABS...so all should be well...

am i going to staples or home depot for this?

if your glueing it in why would you need to remove it? not to sure what your trying to do.

the entire computer is in the dash... covered by a couple of buttons and my lcd

everything except the hard drive, which is removable. i don't think im going to need to tamper with my innards, but in case i do, i don't want to be completely screwed. there were screw mounts, but id rather have it a little more seamless.
