Awesome fabrication, two question though.

1. Did you only use bumper repair?

2. What sanding process did you use?

1) I use Epoxy to glue the Screen frame to the dash bezel. Balsa wood also added to create larger bonding surface. Filling the gap with the Bumper repair only. Bondo brand Glaze and Putty to fill pin hole.

2) I pre-sand ALL bezel and Lilliput frame with 100 grid. After SEM stuff dry, sanded with 100 then 150, then 230. Then on to 2nd fill, then sand with 150, 230, 400. The last sanding is with 400 wet sand. Prime, then wetsand with 400 and 600 for couple times. Also I did fill those pin hole during the prime/wetsand stage.

Since the Alpine Radio took place of the 115V outlet and socket. The outlet and socket must go some where. Well relocate below the shifter

That's it. The next process is redo the Mobo Case and all the wires.

The Vic The Lilliput buttons are still there. In case you didn't see the pics. I just put the Lilliput case to the radio bezel without cutting any major part of the Lilliput. The radio bezel, well, I chop the bottom because the Lilliput is taller than the radio openning.
