how about ebay?
they have the projectors then you can buy the HID bulbs etc seperately
Well see I have to find a cheap way to get kick *** projectors built for her car. Nobody makes them. Those projectors on that other car were made, and made poorly. The pass side projector sits further back and higher then the driver side.
A good cheap way to do HID's would be to located a wrecked Nissan, Infiniti, Audi, BMW, or any of those that came with HID's. There is also a place online, I have the link somewheres, that sells HID kits for a very good price. The H4 Dual Beam kit is like 400 bucks.

fantomas...read up a few posts..I posted pics of the best projector I could find. not one of those fancy fog lights, but an actual universal projector driving light.
i was assuming that you would actually go all the way with it and put in a D2S or D2R bulb and not just an H4. i just read that post wrong. sorry

Fantomas, I'm talking about a D2R H4 Dual Beam HID Bulb, Ignitor, and alla that. I'm not going to get rid of the high beams! lol. One of the most expensive HID kits you can get are the dual beams.
Every projector I've seen is a single beam. Factory setups don't usually use an H4. H1's are the most common projector bulb for the Honda's and BMW's and such.
Hella makes a replacement universal-type projector low beam lens. Also, if I remember, most cars only use a projector on the low beam, with a regular housing for the high beam. Feel free to prove this wrong though. There's no accessory light that has the same type of pattern as a low-beam headlamp. Driving lights are too focused, and fog lights don't throw enough light.
It seems that modding some wrecker lights is the best bet.
Good luck, I can't wait to see it done.

BTW, All Projector Fog Lights are built the same way as Projector Head Lights. Except the lens and fog lights are usualy smaller. EVERY! And 75% of them are H3 Bulbs stock. Non Projector fog lights are built totaly different. I work with many cars that come with stock Projectors in the headlights and fog lights, and they all put out the same exact beam patern...except the fog light is angled more downward towards the lower half of the car and ground.
The projector unit I posted a picture of should work PERFECT for headlights. They are built the same way as headlights, they just need a more agressive bulb. So what I've been saying is, since the stratus comes stock with H4 Dual Beam Bulbs...I can bore the H3 Hole to accept a H4 Bulb, and install the HID Dual Beam H4 Kit so I can have the low and high beams inside the projector. I mean most of the time we have them on low beams, but we do like to have high beams for when we visit my parents in the country.
I think you should check www.hidplanet.com. I've done mine but I suggest you go with HID bi-xenons
